WIFE VS MONEY

This depends on the couples dynamics. I think it goes down to who handles money better. If the woman handles finances better then it is safe to give the atm to the mrs. if the man handles the money better then leave the atm to the man. But all decision making with regards to finances should be discussed together. And for some men they have their atm with them but they still surrender their money to their wives and just asks for allowance.
