I'd change the reward system a little bit. I think that, when we are minnows, it takes a long time to vote for a post, and leave you a good share of these (I mean the rewards). I would also work towards a more effective reporting system, which would allow us to follow the authors we follow more closely and constantly, because sometimes we lose them in this ocean of talent.
