This is sort of embarrassing but... could you explain recovery accounts? It's a term that keeps popping up in your most recent posts, but I'm not sure I have a firm grasp of it.
If your account gets stolen and the thief changes your keys, the recovery account (trustee) can help recover your account, as long as you still your old password. Usually the trustee is the one that created your account, but you can change that to anyone else if you want.
