My Actifit Report Card: August 1, 2023
Yesterday I logged 12,410 steps on Actifit, roughly 2,400 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was a beautiful day, sunny but quite cool for the first day of August (so much for global warming!). I spent the morning outside with the pups, enjoying the sunshine. Above is a photo of a sunflower I planted in the garden. It was great to see the bees enjoying the bloom. In the late afternoon I took a walk around town with Finn and Tini. Finn is getting really good at using a leash. Scarlett will need to catch up after she finishes her rehab assignment. Overall it was a good Tuesday!
