I worked in a dementia ward about 30 years ago and I can tell you for sure this fellow is not Hitler. The real Hitler died in a Alzheimer ward in east san diego in 1986 but he thought he was Elvis Presley and he said, "Thankye vury much" and died. His roommate ( who thought he was Walter Cronkite somehow got a hold of a microphone) and over that loud speaker said, " Ladies and gentleman Adolf has left the building ."
