We have had our outdoor fire for the evening...

I agree, nothing like chilling by the fire and listening to the crackling. Do I spy a grill plate above that fire that is able to lower/raise itself to cook meat? Open-fire steak blog post next ?? ;)
hahaha it sure is :) That sounds like an EXCELLENT idea, but will have to save it for the next visit as the weather has taken a turn for the worse so we are cooking indoors tonight - lamb knuckle stew it shall be :)
