SSC Prize pool: is typically based on the hosts 25 STEEM sponsorship + any other sponsorships for that week and not based on the post rewards (as you mentioned).
1st: 55% of Prize Pool (not Post Rewards)
2nd: 30% of Prize Pool
3rd: 15% of Prize Pool
