The Power of Meditation

Meditation is a powerful concept that brings a lot of meaningful energy to yourself coming from inside of you.
Whether you want to believe or not, energy never gets destroyed, it only changes its form. If this statement is true, this means we all have a main source of power within us that transforms itself over time and we can access to it at any time we want.

When meditation is in your life, the flow of energy becomes easier and works much better compared to someone that is in a dark place in life. Your body functions better, you take better decisions in life, you tend to have more control and you go with the flow for most part in anything that the universe shows you everyday.

This idea has been around for thousands of years and it has gained more power in the last 3 decades due to the higher frequencies coming to earth from the universe.
The benefits of meditation are unimaginable to the power that brings to our consciousness. It bring more awareness to our being and let us see beyond the reality through intuition.

Through our intuition, we are able to determine where to go in this life time in order to learn and experience what we signed up for. Believe or not, you are an eternal being that in constantly learning and growing in a spiritual way so we soon move on to the next lessons that this universe has to offer.
There are also a lot of physical benefits that meditation will bring to you the moment you start using it, for example:

There are different ways to meditate. You don't really have to be in specifics positions all the time. You can meditate while you're driving and appreciating everything around your way, while you're looking at the sky or the stars, etc.

If you haven't started with this wonderful way to power yourself, I advise you to give it a shot because you will need it along the way.

Yes!! I have recently adopted this practice in my life and the results have been tremendous... I have noticed small improvements here and there, which have in turn lead to larger improvements over time.... open-mindedness, complete control of conscious and the subconscious mind, better thoughts and feelings ... upvoted and resteemed! keep it up :)

Yoga is inner peace

In a world full of negativity, we probably can't change the outer world. We are not the master of the world. This outer world keeps affecting us in so many ways. These outer world factors affect us more if our inner world is not peaceful and strong. We are not master of the outer world but we are the sole owners of our inner self. If our inner self is not stable, even the serene and peaceful place would feel noisy and the other way around. Yoga provides us the inner power and strength to deal with the outer world.

I think meditation is not only an exercise of our inner self, it also established contact with the souls of the the individual. It is a way of communication between the body and soul, which energise us with physicaly and mentally. meditation is like exercising you inerself. this is very essential for the human health. everyone do physical workout but no one cares about meditation. nice post thanks for sharing @javybar

i have started meditation but i can,t do it regularly. meditation help me alot and i feel relax and energatic about doing meditation.

it's not easy to find the correct time. My advice, just do it in every little free time you have. Even if that means just looking at the sky for 3 mins
