hmm this could be a very hot topic. Bots can be both positive and negative when it comes to steem. Some of the most recognizable bots like @cheetah and @randowhale serve their purpose but are limited and sometimes dont work well. When using bots a site like steemit loses the human connection that it what makes steemit truly unique to begin with. Gotta tread lightly in this arena
