An Ambitious Project. Week 52

I am starting a lengthy writing project with my grandson Blaine. We are going to attempt to write and sell an original screenplay. A lofty goal since I have no idea what the process entails outside of the writing portion.




We are doing this on Steemit and, further on, YouTube for two reasons.

1. Using social media pushes us. When you know people are watching and interested, it motivates you. It's an incentive to keep updating on our progress.
   
   
2. Criticism is important. Since this is new territory for me. Blaine has no idea of any of the work that goes into this. I know there are more experienced people out there and they will certainly be able to guide us along. All criticisms and opinions are appreciated. One big FYI: 'You suck.' is not criticism and if it is the only opinion you have to offer I would really rather you keep it to yourself. Thank you.
   
   
   
   
   
   We would like to keep this community as involved as possible and, to that end, would like you to start us up. We have started a basic outline for three potential storylines. We would like you to choose the definitive one we will create. The most commented in 3 days is the path we will follow.
   
   
   1 - An average Joe with bad luck gets a fairy godfather.
   
   
   2 - A man who resorts to robbing banks so that he can start and maintain an honest business.
   
   
   3 - An bounty hunter who gets in over his head when he has to recover a supernatural artifact.
   
   
   All help appreciated. We are excited about this and hope that we garner some interest from you. We will be posting updates every Saturday. We are using a weekly countdown in the title (52 weeks, 51 weeks, 50 weeks, etc...) to further incite our progress. Thank you and away we go!!!
