I think I could give you an answer that will satisfy you!

1. You can make your vote worth more by a process called powering up. You could buy Steem and use it to power up your account, or you could post quality content and when you get enough upvotes, you will be rewarded in the form of SBD( Steem Backed Dollars) and Steem Power.

2. (25) Shows your Reputation Score ( Simple Reputation Score) which you can increase buy getting quality upvotes for your posts. You could find your RAW reputation score from steemd.com/@therealblgk , take log base 10 of that number, subtract 9 , multiply by 9 and add 25 , which will give you your simplified reputation score, which ranges from -25 to +75
