Steemit Could Change Education Entirely (Humanity Becoming a Blockchain?)
DONT PAY TO LEARN. GET PAID TO LEARN.
If anyone tells you Steemit is a scam. Simply reply "no... college is a scam". Why should adults work themselves to death their entire lives just to feel the cultural pressure to send their kid off to school for the ridiculous price it is? Then if they dont, and the child pays, their children are left to suffer in the same economical debt they did their whole lives!
Cost of College
This chart doesn't even make sense. But anyway... Imagine if you got paid every time you handed in a homework assignment...It would probably increase your motivation quite a bit. Your "grade" wouldnt be determined by one teacher as well, it would be viewed by a community that could reward you for your insight and thought. You wouldnt need to follow a curriculum, you could learn about what you want to that day.
High School Motivation
What is the key word of steemit? MOTIVATION MOTIVATION MOTIVATION. Where there is money there is MOTIVATION. By accepting a task in return for a reward a student will be much much more likely to engage. Its not that kids dont want to learn, they just dont want to be slaves. Why should their hard work be thrown in the trash every year when you empty out your folder? It shouldnt ever be thrown away. It should be indestructible...on the blockchain.
Steemit Philosophy (Humanity Becoming Its Own Blockchain)
Lets be honest, school is extremely boring and it always will be, but if we can give kids an incentive to put their minds to projects then they will not disappoint us. Steemit can unlock a different type of consciousness to mankind as one human body. We can solve any task almost immediately. Then mankind in itself will become a blockchain, being able to solve any sort of threat that comes at it...It will simply evolve. This is the ultimate type of media. Yea its real.
Decentralized education is indeed interesting. Not sure about the getting paid to turn in homework. You might be misrepresenting how steem generates value.
Not at all sure what you mean by humanity becoming a blockchain. Blockchain definitely does not fit in that context.
A Blockchain has the ability to fix itself. So mankind could be given the ability to fix any problem when its addressed. Rather then fighting over problems and just making it worse. And if you think about it kids could already get paid to do homework if they just post it to steemit.

This needs to happen. The sooner the better. But, is it possible?

Its really the perfect platform to introduce to students. Thats really all steemit is, is a collection of people where the students are the teachers.
