萝卜切丝晒干,猪头猪脚烧去毛发洗干净后腌制三天,煮熟切片,加上各种佐料拌匀腌制,装入密封的坛子里储存,想吃的时候掏一碗出来,可以直接吃,可以加热后再吃,都特别下饭
