SBD Has Seen Better Days

Just have one question.
"Has SBD been pegged?"
...cause that guy has seen better days but of recent he has been all moody and depressed, continuously strolling down the alley (without hope of return to normal state of life I might add).
Not that it's a bad thing to peg the little dude (pegging him actually releases our other buddy friend "the asset") but he's gonna really feel bad and we are gonna miss him like awwwwww...
...so whatever is happening be it good or just circumstance. No problem.

sbd were always pegged to $1. The witness have set the inflation of sbd to fix the $1 peg.
