Read this if you are an employer or BOSS..

Respect is an attitude of consideration or high regard over someone or something.

Respect can be commanded, but in a double form.
Could be either positive or negative.

In a regimental setting (the military)
Respect is commanded but only through order and most of such, is not truuly earned.

But in any civil setting, respect is to be earned through love trust and emphaty.
A lot of people do not know this fact and they easily wana do it the military way.
When respect is earned in the civil way, it stands the test of time.
In any work environment, if a boss must succeed then it is pertinent for him to earn respect form his employees.
This school of thought may have some exception though.

A lot of bosses ride on the horses of pride, feeling so full of themselves, like kings but full with emptiness.

If that is so..
What can one offer if he has nothing?
Can emptiness give out any virtue?
Yes I know only of one, but not a virtue.
You wanna know???

As the saying goes,
That empty vessels makes the loudest noise.
These are traits to identify thus kind of bosses.

These kind of bosses are so fake, and just living a lie.

However if one must succeed even as a young boss he must observe some eminent qualities to be able to maintain a good employer employee relationship, whatever the the desire may be.

To be effective as a boss one requires experience in their field of expertise in oder to earn the requisite respect that is needed.

01: Developing good communication skills.

02: Give your employee time and attention.

03: Open your heart and find the courage to TRUST.
Give trust to your employee, cos to trust is more important than to love,
To even love is to trust.
So no love is gonna last without equal amount of RESPECT and TRUST.

04: SHOW EMPATHY.
Treat people as you would like them to treat you.
Over time I have learnt that people can easily forget what you said to them, what you did to them, but can never forget how you made them feel.
Emphaty and understanding build connection, it relates to the person's feeling and needs without playing any blame games..
Every relationship teaches us a lot and by building positive ones With the subjects we will be happier, connected and more fulfilled.

Build respect by earning it and not just being a soldier boss...
