My BitPay Bitcoin Visa Debit Card Has Arrived! WooHoo!!

Things are changing quickly and for the better. I just received my BitPay Bitcoin Visa debit card. To me, this is a real game changer.

Getting paid to post on Steemit was the first thing that has made a positive change in my life. I am so thankful that I found this platform, you have no idea. The issue that I had was, how I was going to spend all the sweet Steem Dollars I plan on making.

That’s where this debit card comes in. Once I found out about the BitPay Visa card I ordered it right away. It cost $9.95 and I had to have some Bitcoin in my wallet in order to get. Not a big deal.

The ordering process was simple, I just had to fill out the usual personal information and that was that. It took about ten days to arrive and I was delighted when it showed up today.

One of the main reasons I wanted this card was not just as a way to spend my cryptocurrency. One reason was that this will give me the freedom to travel to a lot of different countries. For example, I want to travel to Columbia, but my bank will not work there. I cannot use my card. But now, with this card, I can go. And that is not the only country. There is a whole list of countries that are blacklisted from my bank. This is why the BitPay card is so important to me.

Once I received it, I had to activate it. The process was simple, as well. I just went to the BitPay site and filled in the card number, expiration date, and the 3 digit number on the back. That was it.
