Hi steemians hope you are well and thank you guys for reading , up voting and commenting on my posts you have made my first three weeks super exciting . Its high time I think i share what I have learned in these weeks lets go;

• Write Quality and creative posts. To be honest the easiest way to earn on steemit is by writing quality content meaning try to write content that is informative , educative, inspiring and also entertaining .Quality matters so take your time to look at other peoples post , check how they write catchy tittles, how they create their contents also .It is very good also to use images a lot in your posts since they attract readers so at the end of the day they will enhance the quality of your posts
• Don't plagiarize. Most people want to impersonate others so they end up stealing other people's content so when you do this the cheetah Bot will notify the readers which will be a turn off for them , if you really want to share an interesting post its better to write up a few paragraphs then cite the source
• Don't vote exclusively the trending posts . In the beginning you are tempted to up vote and comment on the high reputation members thinking they will do the same and your reward will be high but honestly these people have a lot on their table so they pick a few comments and this brings less influence though its good to check their posts . Focus so much on your feed from new or not so popular members this will help you grow with them .
  
• Patience pays a lot on steemit. Rome was not built in one day so you also wont get the success in one night , it takes time to start earning good rewards on steemit and to build a reputation. Don't post and run way then wait for high rewards but give it time look at other people's posts comment and up vote then this will build a following for you. if you came to steemit for a short run then your out because these low rewards in the beginning will not stimulate you to go on but all in all Never give up
• Steemit is not only an earning platform but also an investment opportunity. I know most of us are excited about the money at the start but you need to invest in steemit . You can invest through purchasing steem power and steem the more steem power you have the increased voting power and also the more visible your posts become actually steemit is a short cut to the crypto-world

Don't give up one day you will look back and be glad you didn't
