Thanks this is a helpful post. I have been on for a week now (I am a travel/adventure photographer) and just learning the ropes. The dont convert to steem tip is the most important I think. I put it at 100% steem powered up for my first post which was a mistake in hindsight. Good to learn from those mistakes early however!
