Life can takes us down different paths. Some of us have tons of time on our hands to do what we please. Others work 24/7 to put food on the table. Others have a happy medium.

We may have had many long sessions of discourse, or we may have just said a few words. Regardless the situation, I personally miss interacting with a lot of people here on Steemit and hope you are all doing well.

I hope to see you all around more often for my own selfish reasons.

I'm sure I missed a few as well, so don't feel bad if you're not listed.

Apart from missing seeing these people as active as they once were, I really appreciate a lot of the new Steemians who are extremely active and are a great representation of what being a Steemian is all about.

Much love friends and Steem on.

I'm here :)
I just comment heaps. Running around 50:1 last time I checked.

Haha, I know you are in terms of comments. But I do miss your wisdom in your posts. We share a lot of the same ideals and I guess my confirmation bias has been underwhelmed with the lack of posting by like minded people lately.

I remember seeing a comment from you one time stating that you think it should be a 1:20 post to comment ratio (or something close to that). I see that you are definitely living to that statement. Wish I could say the same!

Without fail, every time somebody's complained about a lack of traction/response on their posts; I've checked their account and found they're just blogging, and may not even be responding when people comment on those blogs.
Show an interest in others, and they'll show an interest back and want to see you succeed.
I have let the anarchy stuff slide a little recently. I spent my first couple of years here distilling ideas that have been rattling around upstairs the last decade or so; and very deliberately putting them down on the chain. There's still more left to say, but I like to stew on concepts until I come up with a killer hook. When the penny drops I spend 3 feverish hours focused entirely on the post, then don't blog again until next time. Quality over quantity. Train people to smile and click when they see your name :)

I've seen this time and time again as well. I may not be as active as I wish I could be, but I refrain from complaining because I have tempered my expectations. Also being here as long as I have, I feel I know the ropes well enough to understand the ebbs and flows.

Absolutely.

That last line is a hook if I've ever heard one. I hope a few pennies drop soon for ya, although I can live with your comment wisdom for the day I suppose ;)
