I think most of people vote for the 30 biggest witness in the list, you think they are in this position because truly job or because they have huge power?
Well they all are gained this respect because of their hardwork and contribution to the community and having huge power not give you a instant witness ranking because the community members vote for Witness and they prefer a responsible witness so it's not right to say that they are reached in top 30 because they have huge power.
I hope that you are right, anyway i follwed your suggestion about @teamsteem, i hope he will reach first 30 position, he is not so far...
