How to get your steem power up?

So currently i have steem power 36 and i was wondering what is the benchmark of activity for me to reach steem power of 40?For example is there a certain number of posts i have to post or a certain number of comments /upvotes etc i have to get??I i really need to know what the benchmarks are exactly as opposed to the generalised answers such as work hard and good quality content. Please leave some feedback in comments if you can assist.
