It's always very humbling when people ask for help and guidance or tips on how to improve. As a new member of the community I can totally relate, and know that many seniors can relate too. So, how do we improve our worth, make our votes count for more and get more votes in return? Well, what I'm about to share with you can also be applied elsewhere if you know how. So listen up and take full advantage.
The easiest way without having to type a lot of detailed articles is to engage on people's post by commenting and upvoting. Follow them and let them know you've followed them by commenting on their post. The more you show up, the more people will start noticing you. People love to be appreciated and valued. Consistently complimenting and leaving meaningful comments shows your interest and helps build a mutual connection which is beyond powerful.
Also, buying STEEM power helps a lot too.The thresholds do vary, but I haven't looked into it yet. However, I have noticed slight differences each time I've added more steem power. Any info on thresholds is more than welcome and can be shared in the comments. It's all the little things which make the big things count.
