When will Steem prices go up?

The Bitcoin prices have been going up and up. This is hurting the Alt coins like Steem. 

Right now the prices of Steem are so low that even the most seasonal traders are worried if the prices will ever go up. Since the last two months the prices have been going down. 

All the Steem experts have been advising us to buy Steem now and are hoping that the Steem prices will go up during the next year. A lot of people are positive about it. Bitcoin investors need not worry about the prices because it is going on the right track.
