Sometimes when a father or mother feels proud to be providing an expensive, high-cost beverage that is produced by a well-known company. But do we realize that we are actually damaging the child's body because the soda in the drink when consumed in excessive amount would be very dangerous. Such as :

  • Easy to bone and teeth caused by high phosphorus in the soda will suppress the amount of calcium in the body.

  • Caffeine will cause children always addicted and can make dependence on soft drinks.

  • Citric acid in soda contains msg (preservatives) that can disrupt the child's brain and trigger various dangerous diseases.

  • Soda also makes the stomach feel full so as to suppress the appetite of children, which ultimately leads to children the nutritional deficiency they need.

  • Aspartame in soda makes consumers addicted to the sweet taste that can trigger obesity.

Thus, should reduce the amount of consumption of soft drinks for children, change the choice with water or pure milk.

Healthy is expensive if we ignore but cheap if we want to care.

Kadang kala ketika seorang ayah atau ibu merasa bangga bisa memberikan minuman bersoda berharga mahal yang di produksi oleh perusahaan terkenal. Tetapi apakah kita menyadari bahwa sebenarnya kita sedang merusak tubuh anak karena soda dalam minuman bila dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang berlebihan akan sangat berbahaya. Antara lain adalah :

  • Tulang dan gigi mudah keropos yang diakibatkan oleh tingginya fosfor dalam soda akan menekan jumlah kalsium dalam tubuh.

  • Kafein akan menyebabkan anak selalu ketagihan dan bisa membuat ketergantungan terhadap minuman bersoda.

  • Asam sitrat dalam soda mengandung msg (pengawet) yang dapat mengganggu otak anak dan memicu berbagai penyakit berbahaya.

  • Soda juga membuat perut terasa kenyang sehingga menekan nafsu makan anak, yang akhirnya menyebabkan anak kejurangan gizi yang mereka butuhkan.

  • Aspartam dalam soda membuat konsumen ketagihan akan rasa manis yang bisa memicu obesitas.

Dengan demikian, sebaiknya kurangi jumlah konsumsi minuman bersoda bagi anak anak, ganti pilihan dengan air putih atau susu murni.

Sehat itu mahal kalau kita abaikan akan tetapi murah kalau kita mau peduli
