Sleep Paralysis or Waking Nightmare: How to prevent them and what to do to wake up immediately?

Have you ever actually got to sleep but suddenly you wake up as draws with you or fled in your chest? Did you see happening in the environment, but you do not move or speak. With frightening to see around or beside you, like ghosts, demons or evil spirits. You want to yell for help but there was no voice? You want to move but it tied the whole body. This is called sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis is a common sleep condition. Although it was alarming,  but NOT DANGEROUS or MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

HOW TO AVOID:

1. Reduce stress

2. Regular exercise, but not before bedtime

3. Sleep enough. Have sleep schedule

4. If you are sick, you're sure to track your time taking medicine

5. Know the side effects of medications to prevent some of the side effects, such as sleep paralysis.

WHAT TO DO WHEN IT CAME:

1. Do not fight. When forced to fight, will worsen with heavy feeling in the chest. Calm himself even fearful

2. Move the toes. Usually in the chest, stomach and esophagus are affected by sleep paralysis. focus full attention to the movements of the toes. Effectively in awakening.

3. Open and close the fist. Like technique # 2

4. Controlled breathing. Often when in sleep paralysis is we forget to breathe properly because of excessive fear. Control breathing. Inhale exhale breath to calm. It can reduce chest pains

5. Pray. Most effective!

6. Cough. Because you can't scream, try to cough until you wake up

7. Pouting or wrinkle the face like a foul smell. Do this 3 times to wake up.

when you already wake up, do not sleep again. Turn on the light, wash and drink water.

You should really cite your source when using something that was not written by you as text or images not made by you, even if the original text was written in another language. Translating whole articles and posting them 1:1 without citing a source is even worse as it is considered plagiarism as you are essentially pretending that the post is really written by you while you just translated it probably even with the help of automated translations service such as Google Translate. What you are doing here is just giving every person out there a bad reputation..
