Try also With video ads since you can retarget the viewers and videos get a lot more mileage per cpm than regular posts. Also what kind of campaign are you launching? Is this clicks or conversions?
We'll be working on improving the campaign over time, right now the traffic is directed on a Steemit page so there's no way to track conversions yet - a customized LP is planned for :)
If you're running it, then you should definitely get the pixel installed :)
