@surpassinggoogle I think you can address that issue at steemit.chat on #help. My friend had a problem awhile back and they were able to provide solutions. By the way, include the fact that it happened also to me while using my internet stick during the meet up. But it works well now with PLDT internet at our house. It might have something to do with the consumption of data.
