2 months, no unfortunately, I think at this rate it will take longer.

Lots of reasons to be honest, but yes price is a big factor and probably Hive.
why you say hive problem?
I think for the reasons it's spread out the community somewhat, but who knows it the end this could be a good thing.

Well in my opinion some are torn between the 2 platforms and some have remained on Steemit.
so why it this problem exactly?
