Love All, Trust a Few and Do Wrong to None on Steemit.

Shakespeare Hit it Out of the Park With This One.

I think this is a good analogy in life and on social media. Here on websites like Steemit we bump into people from so many cultures and backgrounds. Being a melting pot of ideas naturally can be a thing of wonder and it could easily be a thing of horror.

We have seen the good with events like @Steemfest that were absolutely awesome. The communities represented on this platform are literally blowing my mind. Have you seen the growth of the accounts from Aceh, and the Spanish speaking community? They are silently growing but forming their own groups within the Steemit ecosystem. This bodes well for the growth of Steemit. Some think we need English speakers to be successful but I think the Steem Blockchain has no prejudice and welcomes all.

Now we also have the ugly sides of such a large melting pot. We have new crypto currency users who don't understand the price swings in free market economics. We also have flag wars that horrify new users. Trolls run amuck with their bots and piss people off.

What Can We Do as a Community?

We can all be more tolerant and show everyone love as Shakespeare says. It doesn't mean we need to go into business with everyone. It just means that people are allowed to have differing opinions. Some of us have some rough edges that scare folks off. I know I am guilty!

I really enjoy your tips @hilarski. You're a good spokesperson for the Steemit brand! It's great to have you on our team!

Very true Randy. It is a whole rainbow nation here. People that has been on steemit for longer should just continue the way they did in the past. Be friendly and helpful and assist where we can. You are doing a good job! Keep it up!

Great points Randy! It's all about assisting others.

True words. Let's continue to make this place great!
