The (+145.261) means that you got deligated voting power by others in the Steem community. This helps you put in more voting weight, as it as to the SP you have yourself.
This extra (+) is still owned by the ones who choose you as a delegate for a part of their own Steem Power {SP}. So it mainly helps you to gain voting strengh.
If your upvoting power would add maybe like $ 0.002 potential payout before, it could now be like close to 0.100 after delegation.
So it only backs your voting power, the owners of the (+...) value will stay the owners of that Steem Power.
