Is steemit community help newbies to grow in steemit? we need help from tha gaint.

The newbies in steemit are really in trouble.They need support, help everything.Many of the newbies are leave because they are so much frustrated.They really do not get upvote even they write well.They start to think this not their place.

what can gaints are do? : The community need be like family. They have to help each other otherwise no one can grow up.This really bad sign for this community.Gaint have to promote like @swissclive and many others already take many actions but its not enough.

what newbies face? : The newbies like me do not have any guide line to follow they do not how write well. How to get upvote. Newbies post thousands time but there is no upvote.
By the time they leave community.

Steemian in 3rd world country : Most of the steemian in the third world country like are students. They came here only because of money coz they have semesster fee, tution fee, fee for meal transport etc. And their situation is really measurable.

If any one have any solution of this problem plz comment below and promote the newbies.

Unfortunately newbies come here expecting to be voted on the first post. The reality is you have to write hundreds of posts before anyone is really going to see you. I know, I have been there.

Try entering some of the mini writing competitions that exist. For example I have one going here..

If you write a good story, you might get people looking at your other blogs, and you might get a big upvote.

You just have to keep at it - network and make friends. Most countries have their own communities who support each other which is a good place to start. The #Indonesia tag is one of the more popular ones - I note you are not using this tag, even though you are from Indonesia!
