Hi Im harrym15 and This is a short overview of what I think Steemit is and what it might be in the future.
So first of all steemit is a website online that allows people to earn money through discussing topics.
You post stories about relevant topics on the side of the screen so for example you could write a story about health or a create a discussion about politics or crypto news. So forward you post and with how many votes you get disliking or liking you as well earn real money. Real money basically I think the more your STEEM goes up the more likely you will get money. You have a choice to put this money in your bank account or exchange it for Bit coins. With getting Bit coins you have the ability to purchase any crypto coin you want. So with bit coin you could buy some ethereum or bitshares. That's how you earn the money. Through discussing and typing stories. There are loads of topics to talk about. I myself are now talking about Steemit. You can have the option of talking about cannabis or politics. As well with the money you earn links to the topic you discuss. The more popular a topic the more money you will earn because more people follow, talk and earn through that topic. talking about politic and cryptos I think is the best options. Steemit it I have heard is very very recent. so myself have little knowledge for the moment about steemit. but I can assure you this looks like an interesting way to earn money. This was an overview about what steemit is and how you can earn money through it.

I think this will be quite popular in the future as you earn money through it but it all depends if you actually earn money. it all depends on what you write about as well if people like or dislike what you have wrote.
