1 Steem Dollar is Worth More than 1 US dollar. A brief Analysis on its Price History

As of right now Steem Dollars (SBD) are priced at .0006 BTC which is equal to 1.72 US Dollars, but in some exchanges like POLONIEX the exchange rate for SBD to USD is equal to 1 SBD = .00068 BTC which is equal to 1.84 USD I have right this article in order to make a statement about other article (not particularly in Steemit) that they say that 1 SBD is always equal or near to 1 USD which is not true 1.84 dollars is near to 2 dollars now.
When you look at the Price Chart of SBD to Bitcoin (Monthly) you will see that SBD price is way lower than what we have 3 months ago, which is March the price of SBD back then is worth around .00082 BTC which is worth 2.22 USD if you change your accumulated Bitcoin from March.
Also to add a fact which they say that Steemit Dollars are stable, I guess they are not in terms of the prices which are close to each other but when you see their exchange rates it varies a lot. Back then it was really worth close to 1 USD which even goes lower than that value.
Yeah even tho steem dollar is supposed to peg at usd 1 dollar, it still show a lot volatility like you suggested. After hf19, you need around 1.5 steem dollar to exchange for 1 steem and before than it is around 1.2 sbd to 1 steem. I guess after hf19, alot people would like to hold more power to take advantage.

This is still confusing to me today! I can see that my account is worth around $17 accordingto Steemit... but.. I have $4SBD and $4Steem power (both are valuedaround 3.5) so my actual account balance is closer to 30 dollars!
