Guns Should Be Locked Up To Keep Them From Children's And Criminal's Hands.

In today’s society, it is difficult to shield a child from expressions of violence, whether they come from movies or video games. They start playing the roles of good guys and bad guys from a very young age.

Talk about keeping guns locked up are about as effective as telling people to wear seat belts while driving or not drinking while driving. Many adults are just irresponsible and careless. They keep forgetting things and lack integrity. People buy guns these days for protection and keep them in the drawer, under the bed or left laying nearby, in most cases already loaded. The problem is they can't secure a gun all the time. Lots of the kids aren't stupid and often their parents don't suspect the sort of trouble their children are planning. As we see they can end up committing a crime, due to anger or revenge.

Shana Fisher, a 16-year-old student, was one of the 10 killed in Friday’s attack at Santa Fe High School. Her mother, Sadie Baze, said the shooting followed four months of advancements from the suspected gunman, Dimitrios Pagourtzis, 17, which could point to a potential motive.

She “had four months of problems” with Pagourtzis, her mother, Sadie Rodriguez, told the Los Angeles Times. “He kept making advances on her and she repeatedly told him no.”
