That's a very heavy topic. I personally find it very hard not to worry about the future because to me it means not to work hard to get what you want or need, just go with the flow and accept everything that happens. But maybe that's just because I'm a very anxious person. I over think everything. Haha! :)
I have the same problem, but realize that I need to come out of that stress. The more we stress ourselves and think about the future, the more things get complicated. It is better to have a goal, take it easy and believe in it.
