Steemit Temporarily Offline ?

We are living in a volatile age in the world of Crypto-Currency. I'm sure that many people reading this may will have been affected by the DAO hack one way or another. However, The DAO is fundamentally far more complex than Steemit, but when big money and demand are present then the eventuality of a hack is never too far away.

At 15:18 (GMT+1) Steemit went offline ("Bad Gateway"). What do we make of this people ? Server overflow ? Or malicious goings on ?
