If it's content from another website that you own, you can, but it's kinda frowned upon. You'd have to verify that the content is yours first by having a link from wherever the content came from to your Steemit account.

If it's content that you already posted on Steemit, then no.

You also need to learn how to use tags properly. In this post you used the cryptocurrency and photography tags, which have nothing to do with this post. Tagging improperly will get you flagged by Steemcleaners or a member of the community. Make sure a tag makes sense with a post. Using popular tags won't get your post more visibility, it's actually the opposite: the post will be lost and no one will see it. That's probably why no one replied here.
