Without The Camp

Hebrews 13:13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

The Christian race is personal. It's a beautiful thing to fellowship with brethren, but the true intimacy with Christ is defined in our secret communion with Him. Brethren, it's time to separate unto Christ and go to Him without the camp. The camp is full of shouting and praises. The camp is a beautiful experience, but there are certain things we can't express in the camp because of how people will look at us. In the camp(church) everybody is wonderful, looking good and it's possible to assume that all is well with everyone. But there's a secret reproach to let out in the closet. There's a secret burden to drop at His feet when we are alone with Christ.

Let us come to Christ just the way we are. Let us bring the reproach from the world for His name's sake and lay it at His feet. Let us be sober before Him. Let us be quiet alone with Him that we might hear His voice. Come into His awesome presence today for the Master yearns to speak with you.

Let's pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the privilege to be in communion with you. Please help us to strengthen our personal alter and stay in intimacy with you in our closet, in Jesus name. Amen.
