36 Days Into Crypto-Currencies

Well it's been 36 days since I've joined Steem and officially started investing in cryptos. It's been a learning journey, and for me, it's a totally exciting world.

So Steem was instantly very attractive to me, and I will continue to invest in steemit and bring up my steem power to become more influential in the economy, but I've come to realize that there are many avenues in the cryptoworld to earn while steem continues to climb.

I thought that bitcoins were too expensive to invest in and started using Ethereum instead. Ethereum is what I've used to convert to steem, and I have also invested in idice...which is like an Ethereum based gambling website, where token holders get paid a portion of the casino's house profit. This week however, my eyes have opened at the possibilities of investing in "cheap" coins.

When dealing with cheap coins, Please Proceed With Caution! There are scam ico's and coins. Before investing in a coin, look at what the project behind the coin is about, and investigate who the developers are if possible, and also, look at the size and how active the community is behind the coin. Invest only what you are willing to lose. With that said, my plan is to invest $1000 each on a few of these coins, where the coin value is about .001 or .0001 and where the circulating amount isn't much.

I'm thinking at least a few if not one of these coins I invest in would be successful and I would just need to store them in their respectful wallets for long term investments. IMO...$1 is successful, I've know people who settle for way less though.

Once you have gathered your masses of cryptcoins, always be sure to keep up with the communities for things like forks and wallet updates which may affect your holdings.
