Getting Downvotes from a User who self upvotes because I self upvoted
That´s by far the most paradox Situation I´ve seen so far on Steemit. I allready posted Yesterday why I don´t like to beeing punished for making selfupvotes, in that case I got downvotes from @Sadkitten.
Today I recognized that I also got flagged by @welcoming not only once no, for a total of 10 times so far. The best thing is that he upvotes almost every of his own comments. What is the point to upvote your own posts and to downvote the comments from another user who does the same ?
Please let me know what you think about that behaviour and how you think about self upvoting.

@sadkitten believes they are doing a moral thing, when in fact the only thing they are doing is pissing Steemit users off!
Same with all the other flaggers and law bots. If you don't like something, don't view it, simple as that, there is no need to go around attacking people (which is what flagging is imho).
There is only one law & that is "to do no harm to others", all other laws are a waste of time & only serve to suppress our freedom.
My advice is to flag his comments & tell everyone else to do the same, hopefully his rep will then go negative and no one will have to endure his flagging abuse and spam comments anymore.
That´s exactly what I did. I just flagged every comment that he wrote about me. So I brought him from a Reputation Score of 39 to 5. Now he is allready at 3 because there are more who are flagging his comments. Thank you very much for your reply.
It's actually a bad thing to do. It's actually hate of progress. Why hurt someone on no good ground? Totally wrong

Try using two accounts if self-voting is a problem.. thats what the whales do.. they complain a lot about self-voting yet they self-vote the most

This is what makes the bot a complete and utter waste of time, people who self vote are going to self vote regardless if a downvoting law bot exists or not.
Many whales have multiple accounts that as if by magic upvote there own posts & comments.
So it's better to have self voters out in the open, rather than doing shady shit.
Also i have to add there is nothing wrong with self voting, it's written into the code.
The most corruption happens inside the anti-corruption bureau..
And that bot was probably created by a self-voter anyway
I am usually creating one post per day, and I don't have problem with upvoting it. I never upvote my comments, I tread it as abuse of system. The same like creating 10 post per day and upvoting them by own with 100% of your SP, this is abuse of system, last time I had seen a lot of account who do that i.e "photo from morning coffee" why not plus 100% VP which means 4+USD, "photo from afternoon coffee" whny not and the same - 100 VP etc. Of course it fully legal, but steemit had been created to award good quality posts of others. If I see that somebody put more than usuall to creat the post, and this post is good quality I had no doubt that it deserve for my 100% VP, which is just 0,01 USD, but it is my contribution to the system.

I have the suspicion that both @Sadkitten & @welcoming are your fellow countrymen. At least one of them is from Austria too.
Therefore, I guess they are trying to tell you something about the value of your content. };)
I don´t think that the want to say something about the quality of my content. But if yes the could just comment what the don´t like instead of bitching around and decreasing my rewards. @welcoming barely posts anything. He just writes short comments and upvotes them by himself. That´s surely no higher quality content than my posts.
I just mute those people.
Muting is a Possibility. The Problem is that I´m losing about 90 % of my Reward with the Downvote of @Sadkitten and @welcoming.
Yeah.... I upvoted one of my comments with 0% since I was the only one answering an Author’s question and I wanted them to see my answer. sad kitten downvoted my 0 cent comment.... so I Muted them. No more problems

Sad kitten is a very sad human being.... they have a very low reputation of 5.... i feel they must be a very sad person in real life. So very sad.
To be honest 2 days ago he got a Reputation Score of 39 and then he started to downvote my comments and posts. So I started to flag his comments under my posts and comments. I think thats ok because I think he is a fucking big troll.
The second someone is a jerk on here I mute them. And they are Gone forever.
I also think that the best Solution is to mute them. Sadly idiots are everywhere even on Steemit. Thank you very much for your reply.
Less care and move on. Every person have their own opinions in everything! They’ll just pull u down. As long as ur not hurting anyone. I mean if u think u want to upvote ur post then y not? U work hard for it, didn’t u? Just spread positivity and work hard on yourself!

I think I will reduce my self upvoting and will upvote more posts from other users. I also think that it´s not so bad to self upvote. If it is that bad to self upvote it wouldn´t be possible. Thank you for your reply.
I dont think anybody deserve to judge someone posting based on their opinion about the post. No body deserve to downvote other's post based on their opinion. Unless, its a plagiarsm. If the reason is because u vote urself its acceptable. Because steemit allows us to upvote ourself. Nothing wrong with selfupvote. Im with u @gormogon

Honestly, if upvoting was abuse then the rules would not allow it. Likewise, if bidbots were abuse, the rules would not allow it. Now we can argue about whether both of those are good for the future of the platform, current users, etc. But if we decide that they are, then the Steem rules need to change to address them and they need to change in manner that does not have negative unintended consequences. For instance, I've heard some that upvoting your own comments is abuse, but upvoting a comment can put it near the top, especially if you have an older post that you cannot edit. And if you make a comment that adds to a post, why not upvote it the same way you upvote your own posts?
I also think that if self voting would be as bad as some say, it wouldn´t be possible. Writing a comment under your own post if you couldn´t edit it is absolutely ok for me. Thank you for your reply.
