Cheese Stick.

Material:
- 500 gr Tapioca Flour / Sago Flour
- 5 Eggs
- 100 gr Margarine
- 175 gr Grain Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Cooking oil
Way:
- Mix together in an egg blender, margarine, salt and grated cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a flour-filled basin, knead until smooth.
- Pour the cooking oil a bit more in the skillet. Small dough form elongated by hand, insert in cold oil in the frying pan. The dough must be in oil.
- If it is a bit much fire stove wait until fluffy and floating (do not jump on the stir because it can be destroyed). When it is slightly hardened aduk2 flat and fry until cooked, remove the drain and put in a jar. Refrigerate the cooking oil, repeat until the dough runs out.
