Steemit Timeout or Down Problems Recently
I am fairly new to Steemit and STEEM, so please be kind to me. The last few days (February 21st to 23rd, 2018) I have been experiencing timeout issues and 504 Server Gateway issues, where Steemit.com appears to be down, slow loading, or inaccessible in the United States. I am hoping to use Steemit and D.tube to get away from Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Sometimes I need to reload a page 4 or 5 times, and have to hope it will display. I have fast 100Mbps Cable Internet, and I have had no problems with loading other sites. Steemit.com was loading fine up until a few days ago.
Is anyone else having these kind of problems loading Steemit.com or D.Tube? Thanks!
I had the same problem. It locked up as I was posting, and it posted the same blog twice. I think it is a serge of people.
I have experienced some timeout issues as well. I am new here, but it seems that the devs are committed to working through these kinds of issues. It could be a matter of growing pains as more users are added.
