Productive

Started my Monday with positive energy. I jogged 7km at 3AM with less than 7 hours of sleep. I went to work at 2PM.

Let me share with you guys my work out for today. I am planning to maintain this alteast 2-3x a week! I did already for two days and I feel so stress free!
