Cool hut
This is actually a bothy, one of the many that are in the mountains of Scotland. The weather turns rapidly in the mountains and sometimes this is your last resort in order to survive.
This is not a typical bothy, it is more for show. A normal bothy is really just a basic house with no running water or electricity, just a fireplace to keep warm.
And that is what a typical bothy looks like, we found this one in the Cairngorms. The general rule is first come first served, clean up after yourself and replenish the wood supply, because there should be firewood ready to start fire in case of an emergency. It is also a cheap holiday because you don't have to pay to stay in one. Some people plan hikes to stay in them and if there are too many people in one bothy they will just pitch a tent outside. I like the idea idea of bothies, I think they are great.

I'd like to spend some time in one of them as well. I wonder what kind of firewood is there? I read from this page https://theyardable.com/is-honey-locust-good-firewood/ that honey locust is the best firewood since it's also rot-resistant, and I think it's the best option for houses like these ones, so I believe that it would be better to keep something like that there.
