Of course the other side of the coin is that marijuana is considered a gateway to drugs with extremely negative effects. Personally because I don't like the smell, if I was the POTUS I would ask Congress and states to simply restrict usage inside a person's home. That way they could enjoy their smelly plant, keep their privacy, and help in the decriminalization of what is essentially a weed. This would also stop the gigantic waste of money on the so called war of drugs which is nothing but a public relations tool used by the morality police every four years. Marijuana, I can do without.
