Steemit Community Fundraiser: I need your upvote to help pay for my dog's surgery ($167.90 of $5,060.00 raised)

My dog Floppy had successful back surgery on Friday 12/22/17. He is in recovery now and he should be ok!
Unfortunately, these unexpected expenses have hit my family very hard and I am turning to the Steemit community in an effort to raise funds to pay for Flop's surgery. Every Upvote, Follow, Comment, and Resteem will help me out, and any straight donations would be straight up awesome!!! DAY 51 UPDATE
Sorry, today's going to be a super quick post... Luey had swim class and a hair cut tonight so I didn't have a lot of time to write a whole lot this evening.
...poor Flop was probably pretty lonely today. We were with him in the morning like usual from 630-715am, but then only really with him from 8-830pm in the evening and that was it :(
When we woke up & came downstairs, Flop was looking all nice and relaxed.
Luey was super excited to see Floppers this morning!
After I got Lu his breakfast, Flop and I took a nice little 10 minute walk. At least he got that with me today, I feel bad I couldn't spend more time with him.
Nothing too eventful besides it being a bit longer around the block...No dogs (surprisingly) and very nice weather. He got 2 beggin strips when we got back in because I knew he'd e alone for a long time today (and they were the last 2 in the bag lol).
I didnt get back with Lu until 8 , Vanessa didnt get home until 830! I went to Publix and picked up fried chicken, potato wedges and macaroni. Flop really needed to go out, but since it was o late I need to get Lu started on his dinner first. After that, Flop and I went outside - he pooed and peed really fast and wanted to get back in to try and get Lu's dinner
It was already dark outside...
We came back in and I gave Flop a piece of chicken --- Lu was already passed bedtime so I had to get him upstairs. Flop was still working on the chicken LOL. Vanessa got home around 830 and spent a few minutes with him...he was soo excited to see her, of course, he peed the floor a bit even though he had walked a bit earlier.
Thank you for reading about Floppy! I think he was lonely today, but he is feeling great and is continuing to improve!!!
