I pictured myself talking while reading this. There is nothing comparable to experience to be honest. Just a quick clarification, I think the trending page is always based on the payout and not number of upvotes. You can correct me if I am wrong.

    You are correct, but then again payouts can be influenced with the paid for votes services, the number of upvotes can also be influenced by voting trails too.
