Trying to Even Out Steemit Rewards

What I have in mind is the following, why don’t the 20 or 30 largest whales, those with a voting power above $100.00 create a vote bot that would vote for all Steemit users every month, or some similar time table. Averaging these top whales I’d say they would have about $150.00 per vote. So I would have this vote bot with some of these parameters, of course they could be fine tuned:

• Each vote for each whale would be divided into 100 parts, and let’s say each whale would give eight votes every day for this bot, better said each whale would vote 800 articles a day, with an average of $1.50 per vote. And each whale could only vote for each account once a month.
  How many active authors are there on Steemit? I don’t have a number, but with all the people who produce multiple posts a day I believe 24,000 votes from a whale would about cover everyone.

• Only posts with at least one hundred or more words per post will be upvoted, this includes videos and memes, they have to have a 100 word description or they are out of the loop. This would also eliminate those posts which are just a couple of words and have absolutely no value, better said what are called shit posts.

• I was thinking about taking anyone with a REP of less than 25 out, but I think maybe some people are flagged because of an opinion or because somebody just doesn’t like them, so as I believe in freedom of speech I think this parameter is not good.

Those are the basics, anyone can add to these, but just think about it, if there are 30 whales using a bot like this you would probably be assured of at least 40 or 50 dollars every month, not bad and for beginners it would mean they could really start earning from the beginning.

I know many people would try to rig this in their favor, for example creating multiple accounts, this would be difficult to fix, but as they do have to make posts with at least a certain length maybe that would make it a little harder for this to happen.

Also with something like this everyone benefits, the authors are assured they will make something for their efforts, the whales are assured they will receive curation rewards and besides as they only use 8 of their 10 votes, they can use the other two to help out friends, or why not, upvote themselves. I believe this would lessen tensions since as whales are giving to the community with their upvotes people would in fact see whales as very beneficial to the community.

And most important of all everyone would share in the rewards and even people who are already making good rewards will get some extra money.

I know that it is very difficult for this idea to catch on, but I think it is a good one, of course maybe their is a better way to do it,but all I am trying to do is improve the platform for everyone, so no one gets left behind.
