On 'powering Up" and "powering down"....another question that could be answered is, "Once I start the Powering Down process, can I stop the process at any point or do I need to let it go the full 104 weeks?" I think the answer is Yes, you can stop the Power Down anytime.
Good call. That reminds me, rather than trying to think of questions, I need to read through it from the perspective "I know nothing about this, what questions do I have?"
