I am hosting a camping party this weekend I shall try this. Thanks so much. Summer is so short here in Canada so we don't have a long time to camp etc. so opportunities to share these kinds of recipes are short lived. I think I will substitute the cucumber for zucchini as my garden has plenty and I already pickled my cucumbers. LOL
